Getting Started at BodyCraft Massage Therapy

We begin all client relationships with a free 20-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to understand your goals, talk through any relevant health history, and learn about your current needs so we can recommend the services and practitioner best suited to support you.

You’ll share more detailed health information with your practitioner through our intake process. This call simply ensures we’re starting your care safely and in alignment with your goals. This initial call helps us ensure your care begins safely, effectively, and in alignment with where you are in your healing journey.

What to Expect During the Initial Consultation

  • We’ll review what you’re seeking support for—whether it’s oncology care, lymphedema, surgery recovery, or something else

  • We’ll discuss which services and providers may be the best fit

  • We’ll determine whether any medical documentation is needed before scheduling in-person treatment

  • You’ll have a chance to ask questions and decide whether you’d like to move forward

Consultations are held by phone and scheduled based on availability. Same-day or last-minute requests may not be possible—we appreciate your flexibility as we coordinate your care.

Scheduling

After your consultation, you’ll receive an invitation to our secure client portal — where you’ll complete your intake forms, view availability, and schedule appointments online.

Returning clients can log in anytime to manage appointments, update forms, or make payments using their username and password.
